By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Bzzt! (the "Game"), provided by TekApp Games, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using or playing the Game.

2. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Policy

TekApp Games is committed to maintaining an honest, fair, and competitive gaming environment. You explicitly agree not to:

• Employ automated scripts, bots, emulators with illicit macros, or memory manipulation tools.
• Forge, alter, or intercept API score payloads sent to our production leaderboard servers.
• Exploit glitches or game bugs to artificially inflate player rankings.

Any record suspected of fraudulent activity will be permanently purged from the global leaderboard without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, visual artwork, game mechanics, animations, sound effects, characters, logos, and trademarks related to Bzzt! and TekApp Games are the exclusive property of TekApp Games. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Service Availability & Updates

TekApp Games reserves the right to modify, update, temporarily suspend, or discontinue backend services, multiplayer leaderboards, or game versions at any time without liability for scheduled maintenance or critical bug patches.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. TekApp Games shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from gameplay interruptions, server downtime, or device incompatibility.
